We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Brand & Customer Manager to join our dynamic and committed Vaccines Team in the Company’s Human Health division. As the VACC BCM you will be responsible for supporting the development of strategies to support new Vx assets launches, educate HCPs about the importance and benefits of adult vaccination across defined segments and implementing them, in a highly collaborative, cross-functional internal environment.

The Brand & Customer Manager plays a critical role in leading their therapeutic area and effectively engaging all relevant internal and external stakeholders through their passion and commitment. The BCM inspires her/his colleagues to contribute, propose the best possible solutions and achieve optimal results.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct thorough market analysis and gather customer insights to gain a clear understanding of the market landscape, customers, and competitors.
Lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and drive successful outcomes.
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy incorporating inputs from various parts of the organization and market insights.
Create tactical plans and customer solutions, with a significant emphasis on digital marketing, aligned with the agreed-upon strategy.
Establish and calibrate key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure their successful achievement.
Accurately forecast outcomes and maintain budget adherence by monitoring sales performance and tracking expenses.
Deliver effective brand communication assets and key solutions to critical customers and stakeholders, leveraging omni-channel solutions.
Support access in the market to our novel vx products by collaborating closely with Market Access, Policy, Medical and other relevant teams to develop innovative company solutions.
You should apply if you have:
Minimum Master's degree in Economics, Business, or a relevant scientific field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in innovative pharmaceutical commercial/marketing roles.
Meaningful experience with digital marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of collaborating with broad cross-functional teams at local and above-country levels
Proficiency in English for business purposes and fluency in the local language is required.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think creatively.
Strong business and financial acumen.
Note, previous experience in the vaccines area will be considered an important asset.
