BRAND DESIGN SERVICES COORDINATOR - CORPORATE OFFICE (AUSTIN, MN)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists all Brand Design Managers, as workloads vary, in the development of packaging communications and production, through written and verbal communications, requiring a working knowledge of project management, design, pre-media and print production. Creates and maintains detailed computerized and hard copy project tracking and technical materials for package development. Coordinates the internal routing and final approval process for package development, with accountability for copy proofreading of keylines/mechanicals and pre-media color verification proofs. Maintains related component development data as needed including but not limited to corrugated container development, government approval completion and audit tracking. Assists the Brand Design Services Applications Administrator in developing and testing department processes, as well as writing corresponding documentation/training materials.QUALIFICATIONS:

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $18.36 - $25.73 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
