Your Role
As a Senior Brand Designer at Gensler, you will leverage your extensive expertise to lead and deliver exceptional design projects, creating impactful environmental experiences across diverse media landscapes. What You Will Do
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of architects and designers to create graphics, branded environments, signage, and wayfinding solutions that connect people to places for diverse client projects.Conduct in-depth research to understand projects' organizational, cultural, and physical context.Develop and present multiple design concepts, refining them into viable, documented solutions that address client needs.Integrate messaging, color, imagery, typography, and composition into two- and three-dimensional environments.Oversee the preparation of final documentation and production-ready artwork for 3D/EGD, print, and digital applications.Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and other graphic designers to ensure seamless delivery of visual identities, graphics, print collateral, digital communications, and branded environments.Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.Create and manage project scopes, budgets, and work plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal development and strategic planning.Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, environmental design, architecture, visual communication, or a related field.10+ years of professional experience in graphic design, environmental design, or related disciplines, with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in project delivery.Proven ability to lead design projects, manage stakeholders, and interact effectively with senior leadership.Expertise in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Photoshop) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Familiarity with Figma, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, and AutoCAD are highly desirable.Strong verbal and written communication skills, 100% bilingual in English and Spanish.Experience reading architectural construction documents and shop drawings.Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.Ability to perform innovative qualitative research to inform design solutions.Strong leadership, relationship management, and team collaboration skills.Experience in marketing, writing, and delivering proposals for project work.Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring project success.Life at Gensler
