Brand Engagement & Strategic Partnerships Manager

Job Description Leads overall engagement with the growing Postpaid customer base, ensuring monthly engagement growth (beyond tariff) through rewards, Globe and/or partner-based exclusive perks and experiences (online and on ground), and content management.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

BRAND ENGAGEMENT

Create monthly-quarterly programs to engage with the growing Postpaid customer base, ensuring monthly engagement growth (beyond tariff) through rewards, Globe and/or partner-based exclusive perks and experiences (online and on ground), and content management.

Prepares all engagement and experience performance trackers/ reports/reviews (Dashboards, Brand Review).

Continuously aims to get to know the customers better & deeper by ensuring that Globe Postpaid customer database and targeting for all engagement initiatives are always updated and accurate– KYC, customer feedback forms, vector, etc.

Leads integration and synergies with other Globe, Postpaid brands and affiliate groups during engagement campaigns.

BRAND PARTNERSHIPS

Create an overall brand partnership strategy and framework to enrich engagement programs, open new opportunities for other verticals, and will drive value for Postpaid customers, with support from IS.

Source and manage partnerships with brands or influential personalities by creating strategic tiered packages and ex deals fit per partner.

Consultant for budget source and co-manages allotted budget per campaign with stakeholders (brand, marketing, fba, etc.)

Consultant for partner and brand ambassador relationships and ensure a harmonious working dynamic long term with stakeholders (brand, marketing, socials, etc.)

Create an overall brand partnership strategy and framework to enrich engagement program.

 

BRAND EXPERIENCES

Manage event activations and ensures that all events are executed according to standards and approvals while maintaining budget and costs to ensure positive ROI.

Ensures synergies with other Globe, Postpaid brands during group wide events and activations.

Create an overall brand experience strategy and framework to enrich engagement program.
