Deluxe, a trusted Payments and Data company, is excited to offer two summer paid internships in the Minneapolis area to undergraduate students seeking a challenging, meaningful, and supportive experience on our enterprise marketing team. You will be introduced to a wide range of corporate brand, event and social media functions, in addition to professional development opportunities. The experience will include: + Contributing to the planning, organization and execution of brand, social and sponsorship activities, and our largest client event, Deluxe Exchange. + An understanding of brand processes and strategies, social media and advocacy basics, customer journey mapping and audience personas. + Collaborating with other interns on a branded social campaign and curating branded swag for Deluxe Exchange. + Supporting key internal and external events through project planning, logistics, execution and other social and marketing campaigns. + Use of Workfront, creative briefs and other social and event tools to execute projects. + Professional development by working with cross-functional teams, mentorship, and corporate leadership interactions. Program Details: + 10 week paid assignment. + In person orientation on Day 1 including a tour of the site, overview of the company and welcome message from senior leaders. + Professional development from dedicated program manager and peer mentors. + Small, selective program that allows for more focused attention and support. + Full commitment from senior leadership to ensure the program is challenging, meaningful and supportive. + Resume review and LinkedIn clinic Basic Qualifications: + Bachelors in progress in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Hospitality & Tourism Management or related field. Preferred Qualifications: + Proactive, collaborative, familiar with design concepts + Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills .
