Job Description The role supports the Brand & Experience team of Globe Platinum in the formulation of customer experience flow, processes, and ideas that delight our customers while assisting with brand marketing execution.At Globe, our goal is to create a wonderful world for our people, business, and nation. Support key experience initiatives of Globe Platinum through research and process creation
Coordinate with stakeholders to help drive seamless execution of Customer Experience requirements
Support execution of key brand initiatives across PR, KOL, and social media efforts, ensuring timely rollout and alignment with Platinum's tone and experience standards
Assist with operational efficiency by proactively tracking approvals and timelines for various experience executions
Gain hands-on training in customer experience and brand management within a premium service environment
