Whirlpool is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Brand Graphic Designer. This role will be based in Benton Harbor, MI.

 

In this role you will create, document and govern inspirational and functional, on product graphic brand languages for our portfolio of brands (KitchenAid, JennAir, Maytag, Whirlpool and Amana). Your scope of work will deliver strategic, cohesive, modern  and powerful, on product brand expressions.

Your responsibilities will include

 

Define the core, on product graphic elements of the brand product experience Collaborate with ID, CMF, Ui/Ux and marketing in brand language design activities to create inspiring visions for our portfolio of brandsCreate on-product graphics brand languageVisualize a graphics direction through prototyping and digital renderings Produce high quality presentation materials to communicate the brand strategy to a broad audienceCreate and maintain brand graphics strategy documents for cross functional and cross discipline reference to ensure that the language is delivered consistently across multiple products within a suiteMinimum requirements

 

Bachelor’s  Degree in Graphic Design3+ years of professional design experience in a corporate or consultant environment Preferred skills and experiences

 

Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate communication across different disciplines Visual communication and storytelling skillsProject management and planning skills Ability to identify and articulate influencing graphic design trendsDriven to raise the bar, challenge the status quo, and experiment with new approaches to deliver results and create impactProficient with creative software, including: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Google Suite products
