Our Firmwide Corporate Services unite to help build our competitive advantage with first class support internally. Spanning Administration, Business Development, Chairman’s Office, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Legal, Marketing and Communications, Operations and Change Management, and Technology, we power our lines of services to make sure all of us have the right sources, services and technology to be the best we can be.

Roles and responsibilities:

Project manage, plan and implement major advertising and brand campaigns, and support with managing advertiser and sponsor relations 

Plan and work with stakeholders and specialist teams to create and ensure timely delivery of quality campaign content (eg branded videos and other assets)

Liaise with media and facilitate interviews for sponsored series / branded series content

Support in our global brand measurement exercise(s) and related activity (including reporting, analysising of results, preparing presentations and speaking points etc)

Manage the firm's brand governance and education programme firmwide (including rolling out of and conducting trainings, one on one advisory, etc) to ensure the firm's network brand compliance is consistently up to standard (without need for remediation)

Support the firm in the application of relevant Awards and in related internal and external publicity (awards and accolades)​

Ownership and management of the firm's Weekly round up newsletter(s) and weekly cold review of content (of internal content providers) and related quality and remediation management 

Support the Brand and Communications office in handing the internal communication response to sensitive situations

Requirements/qualifications

Recognised degree in communications, mass communications, journalism, English literature or linguistics

Excellent written and verbal skills in business English (fluency in more than 1 language is an advantage)

Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of digital and social media platforms

Able to work under tight deadlines and under pressure

Experience in managing organisation-wide campaigns / large scale campaigns

Years of experience:  5-7 years of communications experience (of which at least 3 years in internal communications)

Must be able to work independently and also be part of a team

Must be outgoing and comfortable working with and meeting new people constantly

Must be able to deal with large amounts of information/facts quickly and in an organised fashion

Excited and passionate about finding innovative ways and mediums to communicate to / connect with employees/colleagues
