As part of the talented Brunswick Boat Group marketing team, the Brand Manager will be responsible for the direction and control of brand marketing strategy for the Lowe brand within the Brunswick Boat Group.  The role requires a deep knowledge and engagement with the target customer and close partnership with category management, sales, and product development. Accountable for brand positioning, marketing priorities, managing brand investment in marketing and measuring and delivering ROI.

Building the Brand

Oversee brand positioning and development to ensure differentiation, including establishing brand essence, guidelines, foundational assets and channel engagement strategy that aligns with positioning while meeting the changing needs of consumers.Align with overall business goals and ensure every consumer touch point is in line with the business objectives and generating a return for the brand.Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve brand objectives for products and services.Oversee the development and execution of product launch plans, dealer marketing, sales promotions and product life-cycle marketing across the product portfolio.Represent company at industry events to promote products and brandLead execution of the brand initiatives through a shared business unit team that will work collaboratively to support in the areas of product launch marketing, dealer and sales marketing support, sponsorships, events and communications.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, business or marketing preferred5-7 years’ experience of brand management and marketing with a proven track record of planning, supporting and executing successful product launchesStrong cross-functional communicationHybrid working location; occasional presence at Lebanon, MO location required

Preferred Qualifications:

Track record of partnering with product to contribute to product strategyDemonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects to completionA passion and strong understanding of the fishing, hunting and/or outdoor industry preferred

Working Conditions:

Travel domestically, some Canada (20% of time)

The anticipated pay range for this position is $85,800 - $138,200 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
