We ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications across all medias and platforms. We drive the strategy and creative work that provide both new and existing customers with simple, engaging and inspiring marketing experiences. The Retail Brand Manager role within Apple’s Marcom team will lead strategy, creative development and integration for Apple Retail Store and Online Store initiatives. We’re looking for someone who has led the development of first-party applications and new digital platforms. This person will help us evolve our customer experiences, and create new ones, driving commerce, engagement, loyalty, and brand equity. The ideal candidate will have experience building innovative customer-facing digital applications and platforms across a multitude of environments: physical store experiences, stand-alone digital experiences (first and third party e-commerce/social commerce initiatives), and stitching them together to create omnichannel solutions.
**Description**
The Retail Brand Manager is a bridge between the Retail business and the Marcom teams, empowering teams to create innovative, best-in-class, and effective customer experiences. This person will ensure creative objectives are well defined, appropriately executed, and deliver business results. They will manage competing priorities and drive consensus and alignment across diverse teams. We’re looking for someone who thrives in ever-changing, dynamic environments, and can confidently navigate ambiguity. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the strategy, creative development, and ongoing evolution of Apple Retail digital platforms. This will entail developing the experience design strategy, facilitating creative execution, leading presentations, navigating the approval process across a large, complex organization with multiple stakeholders, evaluating the efficacy of this efforts, and identifying opportunities for the future. Partnering closely with several functional teams and business partners to align a shared vision including: Retail Digital Experience and Merchandising, Marcom Interactive, Marcom content and production teams, Engineering, Product Marketing, and more. Connecting efforts across teams and GEOs to create global solutions, to enable more rapid expansion and growth of new experiences and digital platforms.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 8+ years experience in design agency, digital experience agency and/or in-house marketing or product experience.
+ Experience working on consumer initiatives on digital marketing platforms (first party or social digital applications, including e-commerce and social commerce initiatives)
+ Strong leadership and cross functional management skills; strategic, creative, resourceful, adaptable and focused on results in a highly matrixed organization.
+ Expert-level communication and presentation skills; ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility, and influence.

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
