The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $107,360 to $134,200. The range will vary if outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Join Skrewball as our Brand Manager and lead brand initiatives, media-to-shelf campaigns, and innovative projects. Drive brand equity and performance for long-term growth in the US and globally. This role is perfect for a strategic, consumer-centric leader with a passion for marketing and operations.

What you’ll do:

Campaign Development: Develop and execute national programs and strategies, including the Summer M2S campaign.

Performance Tracking: Monitor brand, business, consumer, and innovation performance.

Budget Management: Plan and track budgets to ensure timely delivery.

Lead Innovation Projects: Drive scalable brand innovation plans with the Innovation Hub.

Cultural Sensitivity: Ensure inclusiveness in brand programs in coordination with the Director of Multicultural & Inclusivity.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)

5+ years of Brand marketing experience,

Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading projects

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
