Site Name: Vallensbaek Strand Delta Park Posted Date: Feb 12 2025 Brand Manager, Specialty Respiratory As brand manager in the Specialty team, you will be working closely with the Business Unit Head to execute on strategic priorities and drive commercial results. More specifically, you will be responsible for: BRAND PLANNING: Develop and manage the strategic and tactical plan for Respiratory biologics, drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical and market access team members. FINANCIAL FORECASTING: Ensure effective financial planning and forecasting and execute the plan successfully to deliver on growth and profit expectations. BRAND COMMUNICATION: Lead the brand communication towards both internal and external stakeholders and create a winning mindset in the cross-functional brand team. COMMERCIAL EXECUTION: Build outstanding marketing materials and deliver engaging promotional campaigns towards healthcare professionals in alignment with company policies and local guidelines. DATA ANALYTICS: Apply data analytics to optimize customer segmentation and to ensure efficient use of sales and marketing resources. INSIGHTS & MARKET RESEARCH: Initiate relevant market research projects to support strategic brand planning and closely liaise with customer facing roles (medical and KAMs) to incorporate customer feedback into the brand plan. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Create an environment with strong cross-functional and above-country partnerships. Ensure that the brand team is leveraging best practices from other teams in Denmark but also from regional and global teams (medical and commercial). EXTERNAL ENGAGEMENTS: Establish strong and lasting relationships with relevant external stakeholders (payers, patient organizations, medical experts, and other key opinion leaders). Why you? Basic Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience At least 3-5 years of marketing experience as Brand Manager + sales experience as Key Account Manager (hospital account management) Forecast and supply management experience Good understanding of the Danish National & Regional healthcare systems, particularly secondary care, and the key influence points in these networks Ability to lead and engage cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, Market Access, Government Affairs, Finance, Supply) Proven track-record in delivering commercial excellence in customer communication & brand execution Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge to drive and optimise brand strategy Experience of independently prioritising and leading projects end-to-end with local, Regional and Global teams Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving approach Skilled in the creation, management and delivery of brand content Fluent in Danish and English Closing Date for Applications: 2nd March 2025 (COB) Please take a copy of the Job Description, as this will not be available post closure of the advert.
