Job Summary:

To ensure the consistency of the branding across all the advertisement and campaigns. Brand managers also responsible to finding and planning ways to promote, improve, develop, change, expand, expose and launch the brands of the company to the public.

Job Responsibilities:

Manages on-time development of new products to ensure 100% product availability in the market per launch schedule. On-time availability/ shipment of mock-up requirements for the on-time availability of customer requirements. Timely coordination/ execution of debugging activities from material procurement to result availability and feedback/ update to turn-on vendor production. On-time submission/ shipment of complete watch first-off samples for brand manager's qualification/approval Manages inventory of new intros and related cost exposure ensuring no exposure is incurred due to project miss-management. Facilitates pilot development activities by ensuring process and resources availability within timeline Initiates system improvement to enhance new products process. Responsible in monitoring and doing Market Research and Competition. Coordination with departments prior to launch, before handover to Sales Department. Preparation of marketing initiatives and plans.
