We’re looking for strategic and commercially savvy Brand Managers, to drive growth across our Ecommerce, Speciality Cheese & Channel portfolios. In these pivotal roles, you’ll translate brand strategies into powerful initiatives with strong focus on driving profitability and growth. We are looking for autonomous self-starters that have a passion for Brand Management that want to make a real impact in our business as we continue to grow.
You will be the primary point of contact for all brand-related activities within your portfolio, both internally and externally. You’ll work closely with the broader commercial and brand teams to ensure seamless in-market execution, while also measuring performance, tracking results, and driving continuous improvement, efficiency and investment.
We offer hybrid working arrangements with 3 days a week in the office at Freshwater Place, Southbank and 2 days at home.

Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning and execution within your portfolio, whether across multiple categories or a focused segment
Collaborate with brand, sales, and category teams to deliver best-in-class experiences
Analyse performance, optimise campaigns, and drive ROI
Stay ahead of trends and platform innovations
Build strong internal and external partnerships to elevate our market presence
What you’ll bring:
Tertiary and or Postgraduate qualifications in eCommerce/Digital Marketing, Commerce, Marketing, Trade or Channel Marketing 3–5+ years in marketing, eCommerce, sales, trade or channel marketing or Foodservices (FMCG preferred)Strong commercial acumen experience managing P&Ls and budgets and a data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and brand buildingSkilled at turning business insights into data-driven strategies for growthWhy Join Saputo?
