Overall Job Purpose:

Lead Product marketing strategy in Oncology. Build Strategy and Execute promotional activities and projects, supports marketing plans implementation across functions, in collaboration with Medical, Sales, Commercial Operations, Corporate Communications and Finance departments to drive activities supporting the team to achieve revenue and results objectives.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate expertise of the breast cancer area, market trends, key thought leaders, advocacy organizations, deep market insights, and building a brand strategy across various customer segments.Demonstrate excellence in new product launch, reimbursement expansion management and effectively manage multiple projects and prioritiesLeverage primary and secondary market research and analytics critical to directing brand strategies and optimizing marketing tacticsAnalyze complex problems and situations, provide logical recommendations, and lead any required action planningDrive cross-functional product teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy, key themes and deliverablesEnsures multichannel customer engagement strategy is applicable and rolled outPeriodically meets with key opinion leaders and manage local advisory boardDevelops digital strategies for the Brand and ensure its implementationResponsible for localization of Global projects in alignment with strategic objectivesEnsure that all marketing processes, documents, and tactics are developed and implemented in accordance with compliance guidelinesManage annual budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of funds and monthly tracking to meet agreed spending targets

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required in business or related filed requiredSolid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member rolesExcellent communications skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing are required

Experience:

5-10 marketing/sales experience preferredOncology (esp. breast cancer) experience preferredNew product launch planning/experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to quickly understand and communicate all clinical data / publications to support business objectivesStrong communication skills and track record of effective and influential presentations, delivering complex messages to external and internal customers, including Senior LeadershipStrong track record of project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritizeDemonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs (internal and/or external)Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
