Brand Manager
Description We are in search of a Brand Manager to join our team in the Marketing/PR industry based in Edison, New Jersey. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth, particularly in the B2B sector. Your collaboration with various teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, will ensure our brand message resonates with our target audience and strengthens our market position. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that enhance brand awareness in the B2B sector • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that communicate our brand values and drive customer engagement • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including presentations and digital assets, that align with brand messaging • Provide the sales team with branded materials and tools to effectively communicate our value proposition to B2B clients • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints, including digital and print • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute brand initiatives • Use CRM and Facebook Insights for tracking brand awareness and campaign planning • Develop strategies for advertisements and brand ambassador programs to increase brand awareness. Requirements • Proven experience in a Brand Manager role or similar within the Marketing/PR industry • Proficiency in using CRM software for customer relationship management • Demonstrated ability to utilize Facebook Insights for marketing analysis and campaign adjustments • Experience in planning and executing successful advertising campaigns • Strong skills in brand awareness and brand marketing strategies • Experience acting as a brand ambassador, representing the company's brand in various contexts • Excellent skills in campaign planning, coordinating various marketing initiatives to promote the brand • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred • Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking in previous roles • Knowledge of current market trends and an understanding of what drives consumer interest • Excellent analytical skills to interpret marketing data and formulate effective marketing strategies.
