Brand Manager

At Shamrock Farms, we’re doing dairy differently. We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our passionate and entrepreneurial team and take a fresh take on dairy. The Brand Manager will be responsible for taking a general management and marketing functional leadership approach to manage a portfolio of Shamrock Farms products, leading a cross functional teams and proactively analyzing market trends to create high impact initiative to drive incremental growth and long-term brand equity.

Essential Duties:

\n\nLeading branded portfolio product performance analysis including market trends, SKU rationalization, and new item additions\nAnalyze business, competitive, consumer, customer and culinary trends and data, translating insights to growth driving initiatives\nLead large cross-functional teams from initial project scoping and project kickoff through commercialization and post launch evaluation\nLead brand strategy development and execution across multiple channels and support development of annual portfolio plans across the 6 Ps-positioning, product assortment, pricing, promotion, placement and packaging as consumer advocate and brand champion\nLead execution of traditional and digital consumer advertising, public relations, sponsorships, events, packaging, and earned /paid media\nLead retail specific activation strategy and execution\nLead the development of effective marketing campaigns including brief development and analyzing campaign impact\nWork directly with sales and analytics team to develop and implement competitive sell in presentations, trade programs, materials, and presentations to drive incremental growth\nAdditional duties as assigned\n\n

Qualifications: 

\n\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, MBA  preferred \n3-5 years of brand or product management in CPG or beverage preferred\nExperience with Circana/IRI or Nielsen preferred\nStrong analytical skills and business acumen\nPrior P&L exposure preferred\nTrack record of project management experience\nExperience in a startup environment is a plus\nSelf-starter with a desire to rollup sleeves, managing competing priorities and work tactically\nAbility to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams\nAbility to think fast and react in a fast paced, results driven environment\nPassion for beverage and dairy\nProficient in Microsoft office suite with advanced skills in Excel\nMust be able and willing to drive a car\n\n
