About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Brand Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. The Brand Manager for Greece localizes integrated campaign and drives the execution across different channels and touchpoints liaising with the local x-functional teams. This role is suited to consumer-oriented, performance driven, communicative & analytical candidates who are passionate about Consumer Healthcare and who want to be a contributor to drive short and mid-term executional excellence for our loved brands Bisolvon and Mucosolvan.

The position is located in Athens, with responsibility for the Bisolvon and Mucosolvan brand in Greece as well as for projects within the Western Europe Brand team. You’ll find yourself in a very dynamic and international setting and work hand in hand with the Global Brand team and in close collaboration with the Western Europe Zone team. In addition, the candidate will work closely with local country key functions: Sales, Shopper, Performance, Innovation, Medical, Regulatory & Supply.

Please note that the position is limited to 9 months.


✏️ What you'll do

Managing resource allocation across brand strategies and tacticsDefine local demand & provide local competitive intelligence, analyze market and competitionMonitor execution with the different stakeholders (media/digital, commercial and trade).Monitor GTN execution according with the plan (discounts, visibility, customers programs, etc).Lead monthly forecasting and demand planningLocalize brand assets and development of creativities for various channels, incl. project management (e.g., prepare media brief and define media plans for each country)Localize POS / HCP content (for all channels) liaising with MRL for approval and Media & Digital for execution with external agenciesLead tailored-made initiatives/projects across the zone (e.g. innovation, amplification of global campaigns, etc.)Define price and margins according to Global price structure recommendation and assortment x channel together with commercialDefine key messages and engaging material to present in front of large audiencesMonitor trade plan executionBuild working relationships with key local stakeholders and agencies developing a strong knowledge of market and business needs and ensuring clarity in communication

💪 Your profile

Education: Graduate degree in marketing, management degree (preferable)Experience:5+ years of marketing, trade (desirable) and general managerial experienceExperience in pharmaceutical industry and consumer goods desirableSpecialized knowledge/others: native Greek, fluent in English, any other language is a plus, digital savvySkills: Excellent communication skills, Strategic and analytical thinking, Autonomy and ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with short-term business needs, team spirit, persuasion and influence, highly collaborative with all cross-functional partners, flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing business environment
