What you’ll be doing:
Manage the creation, maintenance, expansion, and renovation of assigned Private BrandsDevelop brand strategies, including brand positioning, target audience definition, value propositionSupport the creation of creative briefs for new brands and brand refresh, collaborating with creative and agency partners to develop compelling brand identities, including naming, logo design, and visual assetsDevelop and maintain detailed brand, packaging, and product guides to ensure consistency across all brand touchpointsConsistently execute across all customer touchpoints, including packaging, e-commerce content (visual & written), marketing, and digital assetsSupport the development of creative briefs for all new product development packaging and e-com content Partner with merchant and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market launch plans that align with brand positioning and program objectivesMonitor brand performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimizationStay informed on industry trends and consumer preferences to drive innovationBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including private brands, merchant, marketing, and digital teamsWhat you bring to the table:
Experience with Brand / Retail / Marketing organizations, developing & managing brand strategiesPossesses strong business acumen and demonstrated experience using data to prioritizeThrives in new, ambiguous & evolving environments, demonstrating adaptability & determinationExperienced in building a strong culture and inspiring teamsSkilled at mining and identifying compelling, nuanced, ownable, and actionable insightsStrong analytical skills and experience writing briefs to inform & inspire creative workWhat’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience with brand management/marketing position, preferably in own brand or private brand sector or CPG brandWhat’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
