Brand Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to bring value to our Payer Strategy. In this critical role, you will be accountable for implementing the marketing strategy within our Respiratory team on a priority growth brand. You will work closely with the Senior Marketeers and a performance focused cross-functional team, including a large sales team in a highly competitive environment. In this role you will: • Be responsible for owning, enhancing and executing the Respiratory operational plan within the Payer customer group. • Combine insight with data and analytics to make data driven decisions and continuously identify opportunities to improve customer engagement. • Champion brand, market and payer knowledge to guide customer user journeys. • Apply an agile test, learn and iterate approach to bring optimised campaigns to market at pace. • Ownership of materials and processes for us to thrive in a competitive marketplace. • Be responsible for implementing strong marketing plans and execution. • Support and take an active part in the brand and operational planning process. • Build strong and collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including medical and sales. Why you? Basic qualifications: • Strong understanding of the UK Payer market. • In-line marketing experience, ideally with UK Payer and/or Respiratory exposure. • Strong commercial and business acumen. • Experience in contributing to and delivering campaign strategy for a brand, including experience in working with Account Managers in delivering training and strategy. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Understanding of the ABPI code of practice. Preferred Experience: • Sales (account management) experience, with a strong track record of successfully influencing regional payer initiatives. • Veeva PromoMats experience • Works creatively and independently, with the passion and energy to drive what is needed for the brand. • Analytical ability to use data to inform decisions. • Comfortable with creative thinking and problem solving. • Agile project management skills. • Comfortable in a fast-moving and exciting environment.
