Salary Range:  $114,500 - $131,200 annual. Who we are looking for: The Brand Manager will be r esponsible for developing and managing the overall Company Brand strategies, implementing and executing strategic initiatives. What you will do: Brand Strategy & Management + Lead the development of brand building and corporate identity initiatives – partnering with Sales/Design/Merchandising/Sourcing and ensuring the brand message is consistent and aligned to the company’s vision and business goals + Own the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, product lines and customer touchpoints. + Execute brand segmentation; brand integrity, cost/retail differentiation, tracking retail bookings, hindsight analysis.   + Stay ahead of the market trends by blending insights from consumer behavior data and market research.  Integrate findings into strategic decisions. Campaign Development & Execution + Plan, oversee, and execute seasonal brand campaigns, including product launches and promotions. + Collaborate with the design, merchandising, and sales team to align product offerings with brand positioning. + Guide/Direct marketing team to develop and carry out marketing plans, including promotional calendars, new product introductions and other marketing projects. Digital & Retail Marketing Integration + Partner with marketing team to execute marketing initiatives; e-commerce strategies, social media posts. + Ensure brand consistency across retail environments, including store layouts, signage, and visual merchandising. + Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns across digital and physical platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI Budget Management + Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and adherence to financial goals + Evaluate and report on campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations to key stakeholders Leadership & Collaboration + Lead cross functional teams to align on brand goals and ensure timely delivery of projects + Serve as brand ambassador, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and innovation + Deliver impactful brand presentations to various stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Who you are: + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or a related field. + 5-10 years in brand management, ideally in the retail or apparel industry. + A proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.  + Driving force behind product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand positioning. + Exceptional communication, leadership and collaboration skills. + Strong understanding of consumer behavior, fashion trends, and retail dynamics. + Expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce platforms. + Team player and problem solver. + Creative, bold thinker who can develop innovative brand strategies. + Proactive self-starter. + Quickly learn and adapt to new programs and processes. + Multitask and re-prioritize frequently. + Leverage market insights and performance data to build the brands relevancy and retail distribution.
