**Play your part in our team succeeding:**
The China Marketing Team consist of below functional areas: Brand, Digital/PR, Retail, Media, and Event Marketing. Marketing Strategy and Planning play supporting roles across functions. This role sits in the Brand Marketing that is divided by franchise under our core audiences Teen/Adults.
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ Support Adult consumer group owner to drive the adult business for LEGO China with clear business strategy, portfolio understanding, consumer and shopper centric attitude, integrated go-to-market approach (Digital, EC, and Retail driven).
+ Lead/support assigned adult campaigns to drive brand communication & commercial delivery. Experience in guiding and working with internal agency, functional teams (media, digital, PR, Events and retail stores).
+ Be the expert of assigned Adult related portfolio and develop driven communication strategy accordingly.
+ Experience and ability to lead, partner with and influence various functions (global Product & Marketing Development (PMD) team, sales team, supply team, etc.) to drive up the growth of adult business.
+ Other assigned projects or initiatives.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher would be preferred
+ 5+ years of product and brand end to end management with proven success record would be preferred
+ Strong critical thinking with solid business analytic skill & business know-how
+ Experiences in working with agencies, crafting and leading large scale coordinated marketing campaigns across digital/social/eComm/retail, and partnerships.
+ Experiences in XHS & DY with solid understanding on platform know-how and shown success record
+ Strong project management skills; experience working in a very fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and get things done at high quality.
+ Strong capabilities to collaborate and influence internal cross-functions and external agencies to overcome obstacles.
+ Passionate teammate, resilient, proactive, agile.
