Brand Manager - Jabra Hearing Solutions

In this role, you will ensure that all marketing and communication strategies are aligned with this vision, effectively targeting Hearing Care Professionals and end users. As one of our key brands, Jabra continues to gain traction within the segment of prescription-grade hearing solutions and offerings, you will have the opportunity to shape and establish processes within this vital part of our business. You will be instrumental in enhancing our global marketing and communication initiatives through integrated campaigns and programs that build a lasting reputation, and engage Key Opinion Leaders, customers, and end-users - both new and existing. Key responsibilities: + **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate across teams to manage requests and drive marketing projects. + **Brand & Communication Planning:** Support brand strategy by defining themes, global campaigns, and activation activities. + **Brand Propositions:** Develop compelling brand propositions to enhance market presence. + **Campaign Deployment:** Implement global campaigns and product launches in line with brand strategy. + **Creative Briefing:** Partner with in-house and external creatives to ensure brand-aligned, omni-channel content. + **Process Optimization:** Improve workflows across marketing, product, and local market teams. + **Project Oversight:** Ensure brand initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. + **Multi-Project Management:** Prioritize and oversee multiple projects efficiently. + **Collaborative Planning:** Align with global marketing teams to ensure effective campaign activations. + **Additional Support:** Provide data insights and administrative support for key initiatives. The skills and experience we imagine you'll bring: + Experience in marketing project management, communication planning, or Brand Management, with an international focus and in B2B2C marketing channels. + Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at various seniority levels, streamlining decision-making, and ensuring alignment of diverse perspectives. + Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required. + Solid project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clarify project scope, provide timelines, manage risks, and ensure timely deliverables. + Experience in asset creation with a digital-first mindset in campaign development. + Experience in the MedTech or healthcare sector due to regulatory requirements, though not essential. + Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Monday.com) is beneficial. + Fluent in English, both written and spoken. You’ll work alongside four other engaged Brand Managers within the broader Product Marketing & Brand Strategy team, part of our Marketing & Commercialization function.
