The Headlines:
In the role of Brand Manager-LATAM, Bilingual working in Miami, FL you will be part of the Marketing-LATAM team. You will be responsible for leading LATAM Brand Strategy for a Core brand(s) and delivering best in class marketing tools. Responsibilities include, developing consumer communication strategy and equity assets as well as delivering activation platforms that include all consumer touchpoints. Additionally, this role is responsible for driving long-term sustainable Brand growth in Latin America across all countries.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager Consumer Excellence and works closely with other Marketing Managers.
The Responsibilities:
Owns Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in consultation with the regional LATAM Marketing teams, ensuring that all brand programs and tools help meet the volume and financial goals of the brand(s), for Latam. Educates and influences the thinking of North America and Europe teams to ensure the Brand Identity Model (BIM) and consideration the challenges and opportunities of LATAM markets. Stay informed on brand trends, key strategies and best practices used to grow brands in LATAM, maintaining regular communication with the brand heads in those markets. Lead and manage the work of the brand's agencies and other providers of marketing services ensuring the optimization of MCBC marketing investment and the delivery of all core projects on time and on budget. The Other Qualifications:
Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish You have a Bachelor’s degree in OR equivalent experience (7+ years) in the field of CPG Marketing, Sales, Advertising with TV and secondary media, Trade Marketing, Brand or Channel Marketing Experience in LATAM Markets, preferred Travel: Approximately 30-40% travel is associated with this position You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow You exhibit our core values
