About the Role We are expanding our Marketing team in the Specialty portfolio and seeking a talented Brand Manager (BM) to join us for an upcoming product launch. You will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to market GSK's specialty medicine, driving long-term growth. You will develop and implement an innovative multichannel marketing plan to differentiate the brand and engage customers and stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead aspects of a cross-functional team to execute the business plan with excellence. Your role will be varied and will include: Supporting budgeted sales and managing A&P spend within budget. Developing and implementing an innovative marketing plan aligned with brand strategy. Creating valuable digital content for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) using multiple insights. Effectively communicating marketing programs to key stakeholders. Collaborating with the Medical team on Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement and educational initiatives. About you? To be successful in the role, you will need a strong background in omni-channel marketing and digital campaigns, combined with pharmaceutical industry knowledge and a customer-focused approach. You will be adept at achieving targets, building relationships, and executing strategies to perfection. Ideally you will have experience within Specialty/Respiratory. You'll also: Hold a tertiary qualification in Business or Science (preferred). Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrate expertise in omni-channel and digital marketing. Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills. Be knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical industry, including competitors and market trends. Why join us?
