This marketing role will lead the performance of super-premium brands, developing and executing marketing plans, and assuring that our strategies are well placed in order to achieve long-term ambitions.
Meaningful Work From Day One
The holder of this position will be a key & leading SP marketing team member, managing the portfolio of selected brands. The overall responsibility will be to lead brands’ performance and ensure that business delivers against targets. Other responsibilities include annual marketing and media plan creation, overseeing its flawless execution, analysing the marketing effectiveness, evaluating strategies, and identifying risk & opportunities. This role needs to be a strong leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, establishing productive relations with numerous stakeholders from internal and external environments.
This is an office/hybrid role - 4 days a week in the office.
What You Can Expect
● Translate the long-term brand strategies into annual brand plans covering 4P, to deliver fiscal year objectives along with the budget needed for such implementation.
● Supervise over execution of the brand plans including preparation of all tools that are necessary to implement these activities. Integrate key commercial & trade marketing insights into brand planning.
● Bring relevant input to the MM & leadership team to assure that our long-term business ambitions are achievable, identify opportunities & risks, and suggest any adjustments needed.
● Take a lead over developing the consumer journey for managed brands. Develop relevant communication plans with supporting agencies and influence commercial & trade marketing plans to assure that all relevant touchpoints are properly leveraged in order to deliver business & marketing objectives.
● Close collaboration with Global Brand Teams to develop, adapt and deliver brand campaigns and assets to achieve agreed business objectives, in line with brand guidelines and playbooks.
● Develop a local NPD plan based on the global innovation pipeline. Shape route to market strategies inc. price/place/promo with close cooperation with the commercial team.
● Responsibility for ongoing reviewing brand business performance & brand health indicators and leading their improvement in a short -term and long- term perspective.
● Provide business relevant insights and trends through understanding of the local consumer and category and available data and reports (Nielsen/CMR, Tracker, other resources). Active monitoring of the changes, identifying risk & opportunities for the business, recommending all necessary consumer research.
● Build super premium capabilities by leveraging learnings& best practices from the organization and competitors. Act as a business leader by initiating cross-teams’ meetings or projects.
● Understanding of brand P&L and how marketing roles influence brand indicators across P&L lines. When needed, proactively suggest, or look for solutions in cooperation with other departments.
● Responsible for planning and managing marketing budget. Assuring that all investments and supporting documentation are properly translated into accounting and compliance systems.
● Lead management of advertising, promotions, events and public relations agencies. Build productive partnerships with external partners to assure that our marketing activations bring vibrant impact on the brand performance.
● Bring local insights to the European and Global Key Stakeholders. Share best practice across markets.
● Cooperate closely with the commercial and trade marketing team in order to bring relevant insights for the sales forecast. Initiate corrective short-term actions when business targets are not met.
● Be a brand builder across organization and beyond, by delivering sharp brand stories and relevant tactics. If needed actively participate in meetings/events with external business stakeholders like clients or bartenders.
● Regular market visits at least once a quarter to monitor BF and competitors’ activities in-store. Presence during brand & industry events, incl. evenings and weekends if needed.
● Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements across all marketing activities.
What You Bring to the Table
● Proven track record of managing brand/portfolio with responsibility for 4P , in Spirits or FMCG industry,3 years of experience).
● Experience in shaping multichannel impactful marketing campaigns incl. digital, social media, PR/Influencers, events.
● Analytical skills.
● Experience in managing effective and positive key stakeholder relationships – agencies and commercial partners – to drive the brands agenda within the business.
● Very strong communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations, written), attention to details.
● Time management, organizational skills, proven ability to work effectively and efficiently under time pressure.
● Computer skills (MS Ofice applications/Google applications).
● Fluent Polish and English speaking and writing.
What Makes You Unique

● Understanding of Effective Brand Building Models, incl. new to market brands
● Proven experience with developing and executing brand experience activations.
● On Trade understanding is a plus.
● Good knowledge of consumer trends in super premium categories.
● Ability to drive conclusions and take decisions in the dynamic, volatile environment.
● Good sales and finance understanding.
