The Role

Lilly is excited to bring innovation to the therapeutic field of Hematology. We are looking for a marketer who will be leading the cross-functional brand team for hematology in Norway.

The role will report to the Portfolio Lead Oncology Nordic Oncology.’

Key Responsibilities:

Brand strategy development and brand management:

Lead the local brand team, working effectively with cross-functional team members from medical, sales, regulatory, price reimbursement, and access (PRA), finance and market research.Understand the diagnostic and treatment landscape, competitor efforts and the needs of patients, caregivers, physicians and payers within the field of Mantle Cell Lymphoma and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia.Lead the local Customer Plan and Operational Plan Development, in line with Global Brand Strategy and as part of the annual Integrated Planning Approach FrameworkEnsure execution excellence of the Customer Plan/Operational Plan, both within your marketing team but also with your cross-functional partners, including sales and Omni Channel EngagementTrack and supervise performance in line with key achievements, and adjust course in a timely and outspoken manner if vital to be on track for success

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, build forecasts for the brand with clear, robust assumptions.Seek commonalities and opportunities for alignment across the hub, to help reduce volume of work and maximise efficiencies.Model leadership, and establish a team, in line with the Team Lilly Framework and attitude, with a particular focus on the common purpose and expectations - Include, Innovative, Accelerate, DeliverBrand point of contact for the IBU and Global Teams

National Strategy Implementation

Develop and apply a well-rounded understanding of the healthcare system and wider ecosystem of the therapy area. Always seek understanding of the specific needs of HCPs, decision makers, local payers and patients in the ecosystem and connect this to how Lilly can care for patients with our product and solutions.Analyze sales and market development and build data driven strategies to drive brand performance with respect to sales, market share, and profitability.Implement programs and tactics described in the customer planEstablish and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within the therapeutic area.Secure ecosystem implementation of national tender decisions. Lead cross functional efforts (Medical/PRA) to identify and remove barriers to adoption of Lilly`s products after access are granted.Lead with, and ensure adherence to, integrity and compliance in all that we do

Skills and Experience Required

Demonstrated learning agility.Critical thinking skillsExperience in marketing. Brand planning / brand strategy development.Experience from Hematology therapy area is a benefit, but not a prerequisiteAbility to plan, organize, and prioritize.Ability to deliver strong results.Ability to develop multichannel and digital marketing campaigns.A compliance attitude and demonstrated integrity on the jobAbility to engage cross functional Teams (Medical, PRA, Corporate Affairs. Ethics and Compliance, Legal).Demonstrated relationship management skills (both internal and external)Enthusiastic - ability to energise and motivate othersStrong team player with a positive can-do attitude.High proficiency in written and spoken English in addition to local language
