What You’ll Do:
OVERSEE ALL NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES
Project manage all product launches from beginning to endDetermine commercialization plan for new product launches & product changes; launch action planRepresent Marketing at all PMO meetings and New Product Launch meetingsWork with product management to create new product webinars where neededResponsible for product launch materials, including sales samples, new literature, new photography, website updatesCollaborate with Marketing Operations Associate to create podded samples & distribute all launch materials across the US and Canadian marketsCREATION OF MARKETING MATERIALS FOR NORTH AMERICA
In alignment with Delta Commercial strategic initiatives, develop and copywrite marketing collateral, such as brochures, sell sheets, flyers, and presentations for US and Canadian marketsDevelop all marketing materials to support national and regional trade shows: e.g. banners, sell sheets and promotional flyersCreate wholesaler marketing materials such as co-branded brochures, counter mats, posters and POP displaysWork with internal and external designers on all marketing materialsWork with Marketing Operations Associate to distribute all marketing materials across the US and CanadaMANAGE AND CREATE CUSTOMER-FACING COMMUNICATION
Responsible for all communication to US and Canada rep agencies, channels, and end users, including email communication and trade portal announcementsWork with internal and external designers to develop and create all advertisements to go in publications and e-newsletters, send any follow-up emails to leads generated, update UTM KPIsWork with a Creative agency to create, plan, and develop social content for all social media channels, including LINKED IN, Instagram and FBWork with product management to create customer event sales presentationsOversee Google ads: creation, placement, spend allocation, and KPI tracking Develop and write case study stories for website and PR amplificationWork with consultant and external designer to create CEU courses and oversee communication and delivery platformsBuild strong relationships with internal and external designers and agenciesPRICE BOOK DEVELOPMENT FOR CANADA AND THE US
Lead the development of Pricebook production with product management, internal and external designers, and Marketing teamsOversee the editing process in Pageproof, and ensure all deadlines are metCoordinate compliance & legal reviewsOwn the design, overall look, and feel of photography placementOTHER DUTIES REQUIRED
Assist in any operational duties as required for all customer events and tradeshows (ex. help with venue research & bookings)Responsible for staying within budget as set forward by Senior Marketing ManagerAssist in market research to help develop marketing plans; including competitor analysis, market trends analysisBack-up for Marketing Operations AssociateKey positioning and messaging analysis and reviewWhat You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Marketing, Advertising, or Communications3-5 years of progressive marketing experience with an emphasis on content developmentProficient Microsoft suite of productsExperience in leading marketing collateral projectsKnowledge of the construction industry as an assetSolid strategic and execution skillsExperience with trade (B2B) and ecommerce channelsMust be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with our customersOutstanding project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesThe ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment and prioritize multiple, often competing priorities.
