In this position, you’ll work on the Brand Marketing team and assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns such as sales campaigns and product launches for our brands (Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, Servco Buying Center & Servco Pre-Owned). In addition, you’ll collaborate with other areas of Marketing such as content, creative, media, promotions teams, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing marketing initiatives and sales campaigns for assigned brands; recommend and share ideas for current and future marketing programs.Support the brand teams and collaborate with the creative, media, promotions and digital strategy teams to build integrated campaigns.Support monthly email campaigns for assigned brands.Support vehicle launch plans by conducting competitive research and analyses, reviewing website updates, etc. for assigned brands.Assist in monthly sales campaigns from generating offers or incentives and writing creative briefs to reviewing and delivering creative assets to media vendors.Assist manager in regular administrative work such as monthly billing, preparing meeting agendas, presentations and recaps, and perform all other applicable duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School DiplomaComputer literate and proficient with Microsoft applicationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsBasic knowledge of various digital marketing channelsMust be able to meet deadlines and handle multiple prioritiesAbility to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and complete tasks as assignedStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenEffective time, project management, and organizational abilitiesDetail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skillsAdaptable and able to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion
