**Job Description**

LEGO Education is changing the way kids learn in the classroom and is introducing a new way for kids to learn Science and other core curriculum subjects. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of our product and brand expansion as well as the impact on kids.
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Steward the LEGO Education (LE) brand into our next generation portfolio, with focus on driving awareness and re-positioning in some key segments.
+ Lead a small US and Denmark based team, including direction setting, providing ongoing feedback and coaching and supporting career development.
+ Establish and drive the LEGO Education brand strategy including how to implement the brand vision, communication of brand activities across platforms and close collaboration with the LEGO Group headquarter functions and our local markets to increase effectiveness.
+ Lead the creative direction for the LEGO Education brand, both visually and in writing, and in close collaboration with the LE Product Experience Design team.
+ Lead integrated marketing campaigns globally including localization in key markets.
+ Manage partners within LEGO Education, across LEGO entities and with external agencies and partners to find opportunities to collaborate and ensure optimal outcomes.
+ Define and analyze performance metrics and reporting across activities to drive continuous improvement.
+ Establish and support clear internal operating guidelines that create efficiency and empowerment in ways or working

The LEGO Education Brand team is part of the Global Marketing team within LEGO Education. The responsibilities cover brand building and campaign development for LEGO Education both in the markets, and internally within the LEGO Group. We are a global force of Learning Through Play in formal education, and our mission is to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow, enabling every student to succeed.
**Do** **you** **have** **what** **it** **takes?**
The ideal candidate brings extensive Brand Marketing experience including B2B marketing and marketing leadership experience with a proven track record of successfully leading small, effective teams. In addition, you have experience with:
+ Repositioning a brand to appeal to new customer segments and bridge evolving product portfolios
+ Effectively managing external creative agencies including selection and contract negotiations.
+ Leading teams to drive high quality visual design and creative production.
+ Establishing, testing and learning with various measurement tools, Methodologies and attribution models.
As a person you are collaborative and can influence across various functions as well as you have a proven ability to work in a complex, global and matrix structure. You are highly creative, with an appetite to try new things and push boundaries and bring a good learning agility with well-practiced problem solving and resourcefulness. Finally, you are a skilled relationship builder with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility within a wide variety of people and backgrounds.
