Role Summary


We're currently seeking a talented and creative Brand & Marketing Intern to join our team in early January 2025 for a six-month internship based in Paris. This role entails working a minimum of three days at our headquarters, which are situated either in Coeur Marais, Paris, or Sequana, Issy-les-Moulineaux, and the remainder of the week remotely. As the Brand & Marketing Intern, you will have a crucial role in supporting brand communications, creating collateral, managing advertising, and executing promotions, both online and offline.


Responsibilities


- Assist in producing giveaways and branded materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.

- Help maintain and update global brand guidelines.

- Proofread content for copywriting, design, layout, and promotional materials in English and French.

- Contribute to content creation for various campaigns, blogs, quarterly journals, social media, websites, emailings, and other marketing efforts in both English and French.

- Manage the asset library and collaborate with different markets when needed.

- Provide administrative support to global teams.


Qualifications and Skills


- Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality industry.

- Proactive, dynamic, and well-organised.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Enthusiastic team player.

- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken French and English.

- Passionate about social media, including video editing and staying updated on trends.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and InDesign.

- Creative mindset with strong visual and writing abilities.
