Position Overview
The Product/Brand Marketing Lead will drive Singapore’s achievements of revenue goals and increase market share through sales, marketing and close collaboration and synergy with the local team.
Key responsibilities
Focused on identifying target customers and driving branding/marketing strategies/messages that result in successful products/brands including:
Conducting research to define targeted customer segments and determine the key values that drive buying behavior
Analyzing potential markets, competitor positioning, and customer buying patterns to project demand/profitability for potential products, key product features/requirements, favorable timing for product launch, etc.
Developing brand/product positioning, associated marketing themes, and media channels that align with target customer demographics (e.g., company website, social media, publications, email)
Developing and implementing product commercialization & marketing strategies
Ensuring customer experience is in line with brand image and strategy
May involve managing the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, ROI)
Develop, execute and drive Marketing strategies and programs designed to support sales initiatives, ensuring such programs are aligned to meet the business’s objectives
Coordinate, prepare and sourcing of reliable market analysis and data to build effective marketing initiatives
Collaborate with local team to customize marketing programs to unique needs of the local market
Effectively used marketing function to optimize information and data related to customers and prospect interactions
Develop and conduct product training and marketing program updates for the sales team
Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
Manage key customer relationships and participate on closing strategic opportunities
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to local leadership team
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
Demonstrate strong and effective communication skills, both oral and written, including regular and timely communication between the local team and the regional management and marketing team
Build organization brand by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations and employees, with ongoing enforcement of ethical business practices
Requirement :
At least 5 years marketing experience in the healthcare or medical device arena.
Wound Care experience is strongly preferred
Proven work experience in digital marketing, social media and product launch.
A self starter who is able to strive for success and work with people with diverse background and experience
Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
Proven track record of success in new product/new market environment
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team oriented environment
Ability to construct connections and relationships with key people in respective enterprises
Broad experience in sales, marketing and business development
Excellent verbal, written presentation and internal personal skills
Analytical abilities leveraging data, analytics and industry knowledge to drive acquisition growth and lifetime value metrics
Review analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives
Identify marketing opportunities, partnerships, features, services, and capabilities that impact program profitability and drive change
