Amazon Business is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to support Amazon Business’s brand strategy, campaign development, and go-to-market execution. This role will play a pivotal part in developing and executing marketing programs that amplify brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth.

Key job responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Contribute to the execution of brand strategies aimed at increasing awareness, consideration, and engagement across target customer segments.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Assist in developing and managing multi-channel brand campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Content & Creative Development: Partner with teams to create impactful content for campaigns, including messaging, visuals, video, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Customer Insights & Market Research: Utilize customer insights, data analytics, and competitive research to refine marketing strategies and improve outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Creative, PR, UX, and pan-Amazon to deliver assets for campaigns.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization: Assist with the establishment of KPIs and analysis/insights for optimization.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Coordinate with external agencies to support creative development and media planning, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Budget Management: Assist with managing Purchase Orders, Contracts, and vendor procurement cycles.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards in communications for paid media, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consistency.
- Project Management: Use tools like Asana and Slack to efficiently track and coordinate marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
