We are seeking an exceptional Brand Marketing Manager to architect and drive Prime Video’s brand marketing strategy and in-app experience. In this pivotal role, you'll own development and execution of a variety of brand initiatives that shape how millions of customers engage with Prime Video brand across the in-app experience. You'll serve as the strategic vision holder for brand marketing, leading and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact while maintaining the highest standard of creative and strategic excellence. Success in this role requires deep expertise of brand strategy, proven ability to influence without authority, and exceptional judgment in balancing customer experience with business objectives.
The ideal candidate brings demonstrated success scaling brand marketing programs, a proven track record of data-driven decision making, and experience leading complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders. You'll collaborate with teams across Amazon including Creative, Operations, O&O Inventory Planning, O&O Launch Management, Marketplace teams, Global Brand, and Media to drive innovation in how we present our brand to customers. This role offers the opportunity to think big and shape Prime Video's brand presence through strategic messaging, experimentation, and innovation. You'll be responsible for developing measurement frameworks, optimizing operational workflows, and building best practices that scale across the business. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with flawless execution, while demonstrating strong leadership abilities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end brand marketing strategy and execution for Prime Video's in-app experience, coordinating across Marketing, Creative, Operations, O&O Inventory Planning + Launch Management, Product, and Marketplace teams
* Drive data-informed audience strategies and messaging initiatives while serving as a strategic partner between brand marketing and key stakeholders
* Establish measurement frameworks with analytics teams to track performance and optimize strategies
* Develop compelling messaging frameworks that align with brand marketing objectives and resonate with target audiences
* Build experimentation roadmaps with Marketing Strategy and Consumer Insights teams to establish business-wide best practices
* Manage cross-LOB marketing priorities while maintaining deep understanding of product strategy and customer needs
* Optimize team workflows through process improvement and strategic influence on product technology roadmap
* Drive efficient decision-making while maintaining high execution standards
* Foster strong partnerships with global peers to share knowledge and scale impact
* Demonstrate ownership and bias for action in supporting team campaigns while maintaining high quality standards, flawless execution, holding teams accountable and keeping them motivated
* Establishing themselves as a thought leader in brand marketing strategy and advocating customer mindset
* Navigate complex priorities while providing clear direction and support to the team
