**Brand Marketing Manager**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to lead key marketing initiatives across our franchise network. This role is pivotal in executing marketing strategies, managing event coordination, and tracking ROI to drive growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in email marketing, digital strategy, and franchisee support while also being hands-on with pilot implementations and resource development. **Responsibilities**
1. Franchisee Support:
+ Provide hands-on support to franchisees, ensuring their marketing efforts are aligned with brand standards and driving local growth.
+ Serve as an elevated point of contact for franchise marketing queries, offering solutions to their unique challenges and needs.
+ Conduct proactive franchisee reach outs and engage in coaching opportunities.
2. Event Coordination and Execution:
+ Oversee the planning and coordination of corporate and franchise events, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand messaging.
+ Track ROI of events, providing data-driven insights to measure success and optimize future initiatives.
+ Pass event leads out to the respective franchise locations.
3. Email Marketing:
+ Develop and manage targeted email campaigns for our key partnerships (e.g., insurance agents, law enforcement, etc.), ensuring consistent communication and brand engagement.
+ Track email campaign performance, utilizing data to refine strategies and improve engagement metrics.
4. Pilot Implementation and Monitoring:
+ Lead the execution and monitoring of new marketing pilots, evaluating their success and recommending improvements.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of pilot programs into the broader marketing strategy.
5. Training and Resource Development:
+ Create and deliver training sessions for franchisees on marketing best practices, tools, and strategies.
+ Develop a comprehensive library of marketing resources, including guides, articles, and handouts to support ongoing franchisee education.
6. Performance Measurement and Reporting:
+ Establish KPIs and benchmarks to track the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
+ Regularly report on performance metrics, providing insights to the executive team to inform strategic decisions.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
+ 4+ years’ experience in marketing, with a focus on franchise or multi-location businesses.
+ Strong understanding of grass roots marketing, helping our franchisees reach market potential in their local areas.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to different learning and personality styles.
+ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
+ Strong presentation skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
+ Experience in-home services or a related field is a plus.
+ Restoration or Event Marketing preferred.
+ Experience with Email Marketing preferred.
+ Franchise local store marketing experience preferred.
+ Ability to travel as needed.
