The opportunity
The Brand Marketing Specialist will see an opportunity to change the way content marketing is done in the insurance industry and has the drive and talent to make it happen. As a pivotal member of the team, you will collaborate closely with the Brand Lead to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive 360 marketing strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in engaging diverse audiences across multiple platforms, driving creative production, ensuring brand governance, and managing marketing operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the Manulife brand and contribute to our corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Individual Accountabilities:
Participate in brainstorms and help develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns Assist in marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.) Liaise with external partners to execute promotional events and campaigns Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts Help plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, display ads, etc.) Assist in analyzing marketing data (reach, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned Help grow and maintain a list of vendor contactsKey Shared Accountabilities:
Performance of brand campaigns in partnership with local teams and cross- functional regional teams.Management and implementation of the Global Brand Strategy

The role directly impacts our Brand Power and Brand Awareness scores by driving the right intermediary KPIs. The role reports to the Head of Brand, Content, & Digital who reports to the Philippines CMO.
