As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with brand organization and various external vendors, assisting with initiatives, and process improvements for operational brand services.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong planning and analytical skills, as well as a demonstrated track record of building and improving capabilities within organizations and vendors. In this role, you will collaborate with both external vendors and with internal departments as Finance, Sales, Brand Operation, Brand teams, and others.

Responsibilities:

Effectively manage projects in collaboration with internal and external multifunctional teams to streamline operational processes and systems (i.e. financial processes, stewardship, reporting, and e-content management systems for brands.)Enhance operational marketing services for brands by fostering efficient collaboration with external vendors/agencies, aligning operating systems, and leveraging global tools and systems. Lead the development of streamlined accounting processes to ensure accurate and timely payments and goods receipts for marketing activities, resulting in improved productivity. Ensure proper training and adherence to established work processes within the brand operations. Take ownership of implementing new functionality/systems/guidelines within the brand organization, working closely with regional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency. Improve Purchase to Payment (P2P) and Proof of Performance (POP) processes while prioritizing consumer data privacy.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degreeSome previous experience in operational work, preferably in Marketing or BrandAbility to manage operational duties and small to medium-sized projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong communication skills, expression orally and in writing in English.Passion for learning and personal growthExcellent communication and organizational skillsTeam player with strong collaboration skills
