Location: San Francisco, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $70 - 80 per hourWe are seeking a strategic and innovative Brand Partnership Specialist to join our client's Events team. This role will focus on leading partnership demand generation, driving event-specific brand initiatives, and managing key relationships to amplify our global brand presence. The ideal candidate is an expert in business development and partnership management, with a passion for curating impactful event experiences that align with our business goals.If you are an experienced Brand Partnership Professional with a data-driven approach to business development and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to help shape our client's global event partnerships and elevate our brand's impact.Responsibilities: Serve as the lead for partnership demand within the Events team, overseeing the management and execution of the global events partnership strategy. Identify and pursue event partnership and business development opportunities that align with and drive our strategic goals. Manage relationships and activations for event partnerships, ensuring alignment with global brand standards and partnership guidelines. Develop and implement an events-specific demand playbook, incorporating key assets and strategies that can be adapted by regional teams worldwide. Oversee the integration of event booking processes, creating centralized guidance on distribution, placement, and affiliate strategies in collaboration with marketing and product teams. Direct the creation of event-specific landing pages and other demand-generating initiatives for both accommodations and experiences, in line with business priorities. Collaborate with business operations, marketing, SEO/SEM, data science, product, and communications teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of event strategies. Design processes for localizing event partnership tools and coordinate with relevant local stakeholders to optimize impact. Identify regional opportunities and evaluate local partnership requests using a data-driven approach, ensuring they align with key performance indicators (KPIs). Foster, effective cross-functional relationships at both regional and global levels. Establish and maintain a system for continuous measurement, reporting, and optimization of local events demand initiatives in collaboration with data science and marketing teams. Qualifications: Extensive expertise in partnership marketing, with over 10 years of experience. A creative, strategic, and analytical thinker who can evaluate the financial and strategic benefits of partnerships. Proven experience building and nurturing relationships with partners and exploring collaborative opportunities. Extensive background in managing external agencies and working effectively with multinational, cross-functional teams. Must be commutable to San Francisco, CA.
