Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.
Purpose of the job:
Lead the Brand Retail Visibility calendar aligning Multicategory campaigns with the Brand Marketing activities and ensuring a consistent and impactful deployment in all Brand Retail Touchpoints (Boutiques, Mini Boutiques Tobacconist) & 3rd Party Islands). Lead the Brand Retail and desing team to turn Brand Retail touchpoints into the real Home of IQOS, hosting Veev and Zyn, by designing the perfect Consumer Journey ensuring quality acquisition and fostering retention. Supervise layout and furniture design in boutiques in collaboration with global teams, respecting guidelines, ensuring an optimized consumer journey, designing multicategory planograms and analize differents metrics to improve the brand retail enviroments.
Key Responsibilities:
Accountability 1- Goblal Visibility campaigns and product global launch: Lead the Brand Retail Visibility calendar aligning Multicategory VM campaigns with Brand Marketing activities and ensuring a consistent and impactful deployment in all BR Touchpoints (Boutiques, Mini Boutiques & 3rd Party Islands).Create and implement visual merchandising displays in accordance with brand and store guidelines when we have new product launch
Ensure the team make the correct adaptations of Campaigns KV and Store Activations follow global visual merchandising & retail guidelines and are aligned with Brand and Legal local teams.
Ensure the team Implement all the planograms, visual campaign and communication initiatives on-time managing logistics shipments from the storehouse to the StoresAccountability 2-Brand Retail Experience: Turn BR touchpoints (Boutique, mini boutique and 3rd party islands) into the real Home of IQOS, hosting Veev and Zyn, by designing the perfect Consumer Journey for LANUs ensuring quality acquisition and fostering retention.
Design elevated and unique services creating a premium and memorable purchasing experience with the consumer at the center of the proposed initiatives.
Develop new formats, communication supports and digital tools turning the BR into the most experiential and innovative channel.Accountability 3 -Local Campaigns, Consumer moments and activation: Lead the design of consumer moments and local Multiicategory campaigns in-store, aligned with the brand marketing concept.
Lead and design window concepts following global direction, and in-store displays in collaboration with Store Operations, to ultimately increase sales.
Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners for all creative needs, including merchandising and marketing materials.
Support the showcasing and KV display installation for events.Accountability 4 -New Openings (Mini Boutique implemented in Tobacconist): Lead Layout and furniture design in each mini boutique (Installations in Tobacconist) adapting to B2B negotiation ensuring an optimized Consumer Journey.
Create renders and technical drawings of each MB for internal aproval
Lead and collaborate with production and installation including local architect and GC managment Accountability 5 - New Openings (Boutiques and Islands):Lead layout and furniture design in boutiques in collaboration with global teams, respecting OC guidelines and ensuring an optimized consumer journey.
Create the 360º opening concept for boutique openings and collaborate with all involved teams to ensure a consistent and impactful opening communication plan.
Lead and implement local touch design aligned with the GC and the Opening Manager.
Design Multicategory VM planograms per store, ensuring best-in-class execution through regular training for frontliners and follow-up field visits.
Lead layout and furniture design in islands, adapting to market needs while ensuring compliance with global guidelines and an optimized consumer journey.
Create renders of each island for internal approval and lead the 360° installation and production of each islandAccountability 6 - Strategic and Analytics: Analyze brand retail environment layouts and propose improvements to enhance POS performance
Create metric reports to ensure each campaign is successful with the KPIs (sales, footfall, NPS).
Generate implementation reports with real-time store photos and KPIs, always providing final constructive feedback and recommendations.
Build successful relationships with the store and operations team to ensure the effective implementation of each campaign.
Ensure each campaign and opening aligns with the budget.
