Job Description

As a Brand Specialist Intern, you will work closely with leadership and teams to establish a strong, unified department identity. This role offers an opportunity to apply your creativity, design expertise, and strategic thinking to make a lasting impact within and beyond the organization.

Responsibilities

Utilize tools such as Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Jira to enhance collaboration and workflow.Work with stakeholders to define the department’s vision, mission, and values.Develop brand guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.Customize SharePoint, Confluence, and Teams for a cohesive digital presence.Organize and structure content, branding, and collaboration tools effectively.Align product website branding with the department’s identity.Reorganize Miro boards and ServiceNow categories for better usability.Streamline email and distribution lists to improve communication.

QualificationsCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Technology, or a related field, with an internship requirement as part of your program.Strong design skills with experience using tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including colleagues and managers.Skilled in gathering and structuring information from multiple sources within a team.Capable of working independently and driving initiatives from start to finish with minimal supervision.
