What’s the role about?

As part of our Norwalk team, you’ll be joining our Concession in Norwalk, on a part-time basis as our Brand Specialist, who is responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the Store and motivating team members to ensure all sales and operational goals are met and exceeded.

Who you are

You’ll have previous experience within a premium or luxury retail environmentExperienced with being a brand ambassadorHave excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHave excellent organizational and decision-making skillsAbility to work under pressure

Delivering an exceptional customer service experienceSupporting the opening and closing of the StoreEnsuring sales targets are continuously metWorking to meet KPIs for the storeAct as the face of the brand for your store
