Job Description The role spearheads the formulation and implementation of a dynamic brand and portfolio strategy that resonates with the continually evolving needs of Globe Platinum customers while seamlessly aligning with overarching business objectivesSTRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AND INTEGRATION EXCELLENCE
-Leads the 1 to 3-year strategy development for The Platinum Brand, ensuring sustained revenue growth and ongoing relevance.
-Directs comprehensive business reviews, including Dashboards, Brand Review, and Quarterly Business Review processes.
-Drives insights generation and keeps informed of global trends for The Platinum Brand.
-Acts as the custodian for The Platinum Brand proposition, overseeing brand guidelines, communications calendar, and messaging.
-Manages competitive monitoring and provides strategic points of view (POVs) and responses as needed.
-Offers recommendations and oversees the allocation of advertising and promotion (A&P) resources.
-Manages the Platinum Brand Profit and Loss statement (including the pool of device subsidies), ensuring financial accuracy and data validation for total Postpaid financials.
-Directs targeted programs, aligning teams, setting timelines, and meticulously tracking progress towards achieving cost transformation objectives.
-Identifies opportunities for ongoing optimization, driving initiatives to enhance integration efforts and efficiency.
PLAN AND DEVICE PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
-Guides the strategy for new and existing Platinum offerings, conducting regular reviews to ensure sustained revenue growth and profitability.
-Formulates short-term strategies for the portfolio, fostering revenue growth and relevance across diverse customer cohorts.
-Focuses on understanding customers to meet evolving needs beyond mobile services within The Platinum Brand.
-Collaborates with stakeholders to drive The Platinum Brand's agenda, encompassing new business models, product launches, and go-to-market/channel support communications.
-Develops comprehensive business cases and analyses for introducing new products into the portfolio.
-Drives insight generation on trends for relevant products and services, translating insights into actionable programs.
-Stays updated on benchmark trends and audience preferences through research, conducting competitor analysis for identifying areas of competitive advantage.
-Regularly reviews the portfolio for ongoing relevance and competitiveness.
-Creates opportunities for portfolio monetization to generate additional revenues.
-Reviews forecasting across different plans and products within The Platinum Brand portfolio.
-Maintains and monitors the execution of optimal experiences for The Platinum Brand portfolio, positioning as the key subject matter expert for customer experience design.
-Drives efficiency and profitability through effective management of advertising and promotion spend, subsidy utilization, and conducts post-mortem analyses for executed programs.
BRAND ENGAGEMENT
-Strategize and implement timely, relevant, and routine engagement programs for the expanding Platinum customer base.
-Direct efforts towards ensuring consistent monthly engagement growth, employing rewards, exclusive perks, and both online and offline experiences.
-Curate compelling editorial content to elevate the overall engagement experience for Platinum customers.
-Develop and present performance trackers, comprehensive reports, and reviews, including dashboards and thorough brand assessments.
-Maintain an up-to-date and accurate Platinum brand customer database, employing KYC, customer feedback forms, Vector, TRIM, etc., to cultivate a nuanced understanding of customer preferences.
BRAND PARTNERSHIPS
-Develop a broad brand partnership strategy to enhance engagement, open new opportunities, and provide extra value for Platinum customers.
-Create and manage partnerships with respected brands or influential personalities, tailoring strategic packages and exclusive deals for each partner.
-Secure budget approvals with keen emphasis on optimizing spending efficiency.
-Cultivate and oversee relationships with partners and brand ambassadors, ensuring a smooth and harmonious long-term working dynamic.
TALENT BUILDING
-Develops a comprehensive training plan to enhance and refine skills based on individual baseline performances, fostering continuous improvement within the team.
-Executes performance management activities, aligning goals and behaviors with Globe’s Leadership Competencies (LCs) and Leadership Attributes (LAs) to drive excellence.
-Formulates a robust succession plan for the team, strategically ensuring seamless business continuity and execution through proactive talent development initiative
