Responsibilities: 1. Extraction and development of brand identity: identification of values, organizational culture, and frameworks that distinguish the organization. 2. Brand strategy design: development of coordinated strategies for employer brand, product brand and personnel brand. 3. Strengthening the organizational culture: helping to build an environment that aligns the personnel and audience with the brand identity.
4. Close cooperation with human resources, marketing and product teams: to ensure synergy in all activities of the organization.
5. Integrated brand implementation: ensuring that the brand can be touched and implemented in all parts of the organization. Required knowledge and features: 1. Mastering the principles of branding and strategy design: experience in designing and implementing integrated brands.
