A Day in the Life:
The Branding Talent Acquisition Partner is the primary source of talent acquisition strategy and advice and is accountable for driving all aspects of full lifecycle recruiting processes including planning, sourcing, screening, selecting and hiring exempt and non-exempt talent across multiple locations. This individual will collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Operations Leadership in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical TA plans to hire the right talent at the right time. The individual in this role will build relationships with internal partners and external organizations to attract talent and stay up to date on current trends in talent acquisition.
The salary range for this position is starting at $55,000.
What You’ll Do:
Facilitate the end-to-end execution of go-to-market campaigns, primarily in line with Recruitment Marketing strategy, employee value proposition (EVP), Diversity and Execution of Affirmative Action Plans. Develop, implement, and measure recruitment marketing campaigns. Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to source, drive, networking, and candidate pool development. Support the Hertz EVP into clear, compelling messaging for the talent acquisition market. Develop thoughtful, segmented and targeted messaging and content for talent acquisition leads. Lead ever-evolving talent acquisition hiring demand and growth strategy across digital platforms (e.g., Inclusion & Diversity, Advisory, Global Solution Areas, etc.). Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and maintain personal networks. Own the process of defining our job posting strategy, understanding and quantifying our lead conversion rates, and developing cultivation campaigns and events that would drive engagement and placements. Ensure profile alignment for all external ads to attract targeted audience. Flexibility to travel up to 75% within your respected zones offering boots on the ground marketing to include business partner relationships, host/attend events, corporate social responsibility, etc.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ year’ experience in marketing with a proven track record of marketing campaigns Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Marketing or related field, preferred. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems Digital and Social Media experience, required. Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Recent experience in strategic sourcing within a digital environment Ability to influence while driving process. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations. Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
