Job Description Schedule all brazer training and coordinate with the managers.Train the 9 Step brazer process.Train on the basic HVAC refrigerant cycle.Administer written & practical test.Keep training records for HR to maintain.Be able to braze on the track and lineMaintain stick adherence to all training processes and criteria. Qualifications Brazer lll or above.Effective communication and the ability to instruct.Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point skills.Extremely organized.Detailed oriented.
