The Emergency Support Team is looking for individuals who are proficient in French and have a strong empathy, positive attitude, and remain calm under pressure for a telecommunication role. These individuals will use their customer service and communication skills to aid in streamlining communication for the Emergency Teams. This is an all year around position. The RoleThis position will field incoming calls to the emergency line from parents of students and students who are attending a Language course abroad. Your main role will be to answer the calls and listen to the parents’ concerns, assess the level of urgency on the call to determine the course of action.
