Responsibilities include:ensuring proper weights and lengths of finished productsperforming and documenting quality inspections of finished productmaintaining the cleanliness and organization of the baking production areaassisting operators in daily production operations including:setting up, proofing, and baking bread and rollsslicing breadoperating ovens, proofers and bread slicers andother duties as assigned.
