The Break Fix/Technical Support Analyst will p Responsibilities: * In this role, the Break Fix/Technical Support Analyst identifies, researches, resolves technical problems and possesses a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered * Provide on-site technical support to end users on a variety of issues including but not limited to, computer hardware and software, security and network connectivity * Configure, deliver, install, and validate technical equipment as requested * Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics of hardware and software * Identify, research, and resolve technical problems * The Break Fix/Technical Support Analyst communicates information in a timely, accurate and concise manner that fosters a collaborative environment * Maintains inventory records of hardware and peripherals
