Breakdown Coordinator
Location: Advance, NC
Shift: Sunday - Thursday 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm.
What Will You Do?
As a Breakdown Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating equipment breakdowns, ensuring that necessary repairs are carried out by nearby vendors. You will also collaborate with drivers to ensure prompt internal follow-up on equipment matters. Your excellent communication skills and knowledge of equipment maintenance processes will be crucial in providing guidance and education to drivers throughout the breakdown process.
What Do You Need?
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in equipment maintenance, with a strong understanding of maintenance processes and procedures.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the transportation industry, preferably in a logistics or operations role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computer systems and software.
