The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 1-2 years of professional Line Cook experience, have prior breakfast and brunch experience, possess English proficiency, have experience with action stations, and be familiar with high-volume operations. Candidates should demonstrate excellent teamwork, a cohesive working style, and a positive attitude. Hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Shift Pattern: AM Shift/ Full availability is needed including weekdays, weekends, and holidays/ Typical shift hours are 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM.

Pay Rate: $16.00

What will I be doing?

\n

 

\n

As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for ensuring that breakfast and the buffet are prepared and presented to a high quality to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Breakfast Cook will also be required to assist with food cost controls. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nEnsure breakfast, the buffet, and/or any other meal periods are prepared and presented to a high quality and within company guidelines\nSupervise staff if required\nKeep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination\nPrepare all miss-en-place for breakfast buffet and/or any other meal periods\nAssist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\nEnsure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly\nContribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\nReport maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation\nBe environmentally aware \n
